Humans R Social Media is a collaborative project involving a growing number of stakeholders, including authors, instructors, student contributors, and more. It began as a textbook written by Diana Daly and has since expanded through contributions by others. Social media is a rapidly changing topic, and this textbook needs to evolve continually, too.

There are many ways to participate in this project. Students can suggest improvements or corrections. Faculty can propose and write chapters or special sections. Institutions that utilize the book can contribute financially to support future development. Contributors of any kind can become members of the project and collectively govern its future.
